They are friendly and approachable
The room is large and have a kitchennete and the bathtub. Employeed are approachable and friendly.

Great location, not same quality as last stay .dissapointed.
The location, the cleanliness, customer service
No western hemisphere TV stations , at least one local news or sports( for a 9.0 rated hotel very dissapointed)even in Hong Kong I could get espn at similar rated hotel. Now with more U.S. citizens coming because military family also . I hope you can provide this for future .RESTURANT IN HOTEL , QUALITY NOW NOT GOOD.3 STAR EXPERIENCE , VERY DISSAPPOINTED.
